Who we are
We actually care about our customers and want to make sure you leave feeling pampered, revitalised and ready to take on the world. We listen to your needs and work together to create a look that's just right for you. It’s our mission to offer a warm, welcoming salon experience that’s premium, affordable and open to all.

We extend our open arms to the wider community too, teaming up with other local businesses and doing our bit to help the environment.

We use sustainable products, donate hair to The Little Princess Trust and also work alongside The Green Salon Collective.

Our Values
My salon is proud to show our clients how we do this.

We have a TV screen visible for all showing how many plastic bottles are being pulled out of the ocean on a daily basis. These bottles are recycled from 8 into one that we sell in the salon. We use this as a talking topic to educate children in our salon as well as parents.
Our shampoos, conditioners, nail products are vegan, hemp free as well as commercial well-known reputable products. No cruelty to animals & sulphate free. We recycle cut hair and work with a company called The Green Salon Collective. This hair is used for compost to plant new trees. The hair can also be made into hair booms which are used in the ocean to soak up oil spillages. These booms can be used up to 100 times. We also recycle the foils and colour tubes after our colour treatments therefore saving going to landfill including the hair. We can also recycle our lunch foil & drink cans used by staff.

We currently work with another charity donating virgin hair over 7 inches long that is clean & natural. This goes to The Little Princess Trust assisting children & young people affected by hair loss & cancer.

Our salon is decorated with fresh live plants to encourage a healthy environment. My salon & staff are proud to share our knowledge & products to all that are interested.
On a practical eco level we air dry our washed towels on a daily basis to avoid tumble drying and cost. We also boycott weekly disposable magazines full of celebrity gossip and have a good range of well being & positive books to relax our clientele. Each year I post on Dolly's social media platforms 'World Environment Day' , we feel we are continuing to contribute to help save our planet.
As a responsible business owner I can enhance the High Street show casing & leading as a small business with zero waste to landfill and this has now been recognised locally by winning the Kings Langley Parish Council 'Environmental Initiative Award 2023’.
